Halo October!
This end of summer found our Saints Leo and Lana busy traveling through the South as Saint Scheldon continued to recuperate from his brain surgery.
Not to let surgery keep him from working to create uncomfortable conversations that create change, Saint Scheldon launched his podcast PollenialZTics, an organization for millennials and generation z to inspire dialogue through political satire regarding political news, social issues, and the threats against the United States democracy.
On the first weekend of the month, venturing down to Alabama The Saints were able to attend the SEIRN conference, where we learned about leadership and movement work, met amazing Saints doing the work of liberation across the South. During the drive The Saints made a pit stop to support Rebeca Jimenez whom is the Leader of newly formed group Rompiendo el Hielo en Henrico and folks from the Never Again Mid-Atlantic Region Chapter as they moved to help liberate Rebeca’s child from Henrico County Jail. We will feature Rebeca, her story and upcoming campaigns in a later “Saints Gone Rad!” piece. Look out!
